Return Window
You may return a piece within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in its original condition with all packaging and tags.
How to Return
Message us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Please don't post anything back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges
Because most pieces are one of a kind, we handle exchanges as a return plus a new order.
Non-returnable Items
Earrings and personalised pieces cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
